Terms Of Service and Disclaimer
Liability Waiver & Release: I acknowledge that any physical activity involves some element of personal risk and that tI am waiving my rights to make claim against school, school district, Mark at the Park, Inc., subcontractors, and all employees. I authorize my child‘s participation in all physical activity during this program. I give my consent for Mark at the Park, Inc. to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.
By engaging in these activities, I acknowledges that I assume the element of inherent risk and, in consideration of being allowed to engage in the activities, agrees to indemnify and hold all parties harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage caused by participation in this activity. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold all parties harmless from any and all costs incurred including, but not limited to attorney’s fees. I also give permission for the participant to be photographed for promotional purposes.
